This paper reproduces an appendix of a doctoral thesis proposal that describes a language based on actor semantics designed especially for animation. The system described herein is built upon MacLisp and is also compatible with Lisp-Logo. The system was implemented to serve two functions: to provide a base system for the knowledge-based animation system which is described in Working Paper 119 (or Logo WP 47) and to experiment with various extensions of Logo to improve its value as an educational tool.en
